It was awesome experience at hotel, everything was perfect & owner was so helpful & supportive.

Food needs improvement. The young indian guest made a lot of noise in hotel restaurant and in lobby causing inconvenience to other guests. Hotel should have code of conduct for guests. The travel portal should also take care to that effect.
The rooms were clean. The kitchen smell reaches rooms. The kitche to have chimney. The room should have a qulity lock with bolt inside.

A good place to stay. Very near to Leh palace and the market. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Could have been excellent if the room service and the Wi-Fi coverage to other rooms were good. Rest everything was great. Will stay again if I visit leh again.

Location is excellent. Market is minute away which looks like foreign market so you can enjoy every evening. Staff are good. Food is nice but book in advance with choice. Warm water bet 6. 30 to 9. 30 both times. Laundry service is very costly so avoid it. Overall I enjoyed time there and recommend it. The price I got was very reasonable and standard of hotel was quite high.

We reached by 10am in the morning by flight and it cost us 350/ by taxi to the hotel. It's a 20 min drive from airport. The location of the hotel is close to leh palace and main market with lot of eateries around. The hotel is pure ladakhi style serving good food at affordable rate. We tried momos, Aloo paratha, roti, chicken and they were delicious. The rooms were more spacious than I expected and toilets were clean. The windows view of snow clad mountains and leh palace, and view from the roof of the hotel was marvellous. You have to ask for what you need as there are shortage of staff. It is not a crowded hotel and we liked the quiet environment. The hot water only runs in specific time in morning and evening and Wi-Fi service was not very good and only post paid airtel, bsnl Sims work. But the staff was helpful in organising sightseeing trips. The market is only 2 mins walk and opens till 9pm.. It's a hotel worth the price you pay.. This hotel is more suitable for family
