My stay with family was very comfortable at the hotel. The rooms are very clean, hygienic and centrally heated. Food quality was awesome. The staff is very helpful and always available with a smiling face. Thanks for the great hospitality.

It is a lovely location very near to dal lake and to the local market. Spacious place for personal vehicle parking nice comforting ambiance well behaved staff and super supportive. Such clean room with all the amenities you need.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions"

Very nice hotel. Good located rooms are spacious and comfortable. Check in and check out was smooth. Staff was very supportive and sorted out all our temporary challenges during the stay. Will surely come again

Excellent food and reception staff and kitchen and services and basic amenities and also location. Got sim post paid in just 10 mins and gondola ticket in just 5 mins with the help of reception staff.

Hotel royal plaza is a good property. Approx 1. 5 kms from dalgate. Hotel staff is nice and cooperative specially front office manager mr. Anish. Food is tasty and good in quality. One can order in room also. Overall stay was great.

Stay was comfortable. Although room was compact it was cozy. Food spread over breakfast and dinner was good and tasty. All staff were very courteous and prompt. Overall a nice experience in a budget hotel.

What impressed me the most was the option to have dinner delivered to my room when i was too tired to dine in the restaurant. This level of convenience added an extra touch of luxury to my experience. Special thanks to restaurant manager mr ubaid for taking care of us stay happy

Hotel royal plaza situated at a very prime location. Within 30 minutes in range from srinagar airport. Easy to reach. Staffs are very polite and humble. We stayed for only one day as our flight got cancelled, we were very frustrated but the level of service we received from here was remarkable. We got fresh food in our breakfast and lunch and the taste was so good. We are expecting to stay here again in our next trip to srinagar. Thanks to the staff of royal plaza
