Location of the hotel is very good when you travel by train as it is very near to railway station. The hotel was very clean and food quality was also good. My experience: i had booked one room for my wife who was travel-ling alone for joining at mumbai. Initially it was planned for one day but later due to some reasons it was extended to next 3 days. We request hotel owner and make my trip to extend check out date, but both of above didn't help us. On requesting several times they says for the same we have to pay 700 extra for each night. Then finally we moved to next hotel with baggage which was very tough.

Location of the hotel is excellent. Staff is very helpful. Food we ordered was on time and very delicious every thing was maintained as per guidelines. Sanitizer mask and distancing was maintained as well

I stayed in executive room. Room was very spacious. Very comfortable stay. Approach is very good just on Malad East. When you step down from Malad East Station you will find the hotel name.

Our stay was excellent. Service was very good. Food was excellent. Location was perfect to travel anywhere as the station was nearby and one can easily get autos. I dint face any problems with anything. But there should be one lift. I was lucky enough to get the room on 1st floor what if it was on the 2nd 3rd or 4th floor. Our experience was excellent. would definitely love to stay there again.. but the condition it should be on the 1st floor.

Pathetic attitude

The front desk people were extremely rude. They quoted a rate for an extra bed over the phone and when we reached it was doubled shamelessly. I even had to fight for a GST bill for the amount paid as initially they refused to give me one probably because they want to pocket it all.

The Hotel was very clean and the staff was very supportive. All the facilities as promised were up to the mark. It's very near to the market, railway Station and highway, so it was super convenient for transfers. There is an attached restaurant to the Hotel and the food was also very nice. Over all experience was very good and it's definitely Worth every penny.
