Excellent Stay
familyService was excellent. Once my bathroom toilet flush had stopped working but upon request one of the hotel staff responded & fixed the problem very quickly. Everything was very perfect.

Poor Stay
There was so many cockroaches in room, water supply is poor, no hot water in wash room, house keeping is poor and stuffs are not helpful.

The worst
businessThey had no proper facilities. The lift wasn’t working, they didn’t provide toothpaste, and even before leaving i had told the manager i need help with the luggage but i got no help. I had to climb down myself. Disappointing experience. The worst.

Unsafe and unclean rooms
The room is very stinky rat smells, cockroach and bedbugs are there. Whole day we heard the rat sounds in the room. The wardrobe is unclean full of dust and rat smells. No ventilation in the rest room. Reception are rude if we complain anything. I never such worst hotel in my experience

Amenities are not good
It's an average hotel fit for batchelors. Location is good and you can get food easily from udupi. Staffs are good.

Not ok!
No drinking water supply on each floor, every time we have to go to the reception area for water. Tv not working wifi details provided on the back side of the main door, but not connected. Hot water not coming. Full of cockroaches roaming inside. The power supply is very bad (a lot of times the power is gone) the room is big.

Very peaceful stay
A good stay for a night. Spacious rooms with good helping staffs. There is a restaurant right below the stay, so food also wasn't a problem. And also, being in a prime area. Swiggy/zomato arrives within 20 mins.

Good stay at royal
It was a good stay in the non ac room, it was having am-ole room to move around. It has a bit of a cockroach issue but it’s alright for budget stay

Worst hotel ever
It's nothing like the photos. I had to get my room changed the minute they showed me the room and the other room was very much similar to the first one. I paid for 3 nights but it was so bad that i checked out after spending one night at this hotel. Acs don't work, rooms are not properly cleaned, there's spit stains on the wall and mattress, bedsheets don't smell good. Overall the worst hotel experience ever.

Poor Stay
Stay was not pleasant, staffs were not cooperative, room service was not done properly, bed sheet blanket cover were not changed regularly. No hanger was present in the odorous and dirty bathroom.

Place with bed bugs and cockroaches
family1. The room had a lot of cockroaches, we have booked for 4 days but we stayed only for a one night and left the place immediately due to cockroaches. 2. We booked the best room they had and yet toilet flush wasnt working, not enough light from outside as well. Overall worst experience ever

Poor Stay
the room was not properly cleaned also i noticed small size cockroachs in my room all the electric sockets were broken i need to chane the room because of that but in other room as well i noticed all the sockets are broken and not working properly i have to tie my charger in bed and like that i could charge my phone...pathetic over all after check in i realised i wasted my money 😢 i will give 1 start only for the behaviour of the property care takers.

Good location bad property condition
groupLocation is very nice however there was no towels, almirah was very dirty and cockroaches in all the drawers
