Basic property, but kept really clean usual wear and tear after years of establishment good for travellers who just want a room to sleep parking available 3km from city centre not 300m as mentioned on mmt staff extremely helpful and polite good food good view

1. Mattress was broken, still hotel people were not willing to change it. 2. Geyser not working. 3. Shower not working. 4. Staff was never available on phone (reception intercomm. 5. Room/washroom was not cleaned properly. Please process my refund immediately as i'm not at all satisfied after paying 5200 for 2 nights. If my refund is not processed, then i won't be making any bookings further through make my trip.

What you will get here : bugs spiders (all sizes) bedsheets with stains pillow with fungus what you will not get here : electricity backup water. Not a single drop of water was available no kettle no food no room service

Do not book this hotel even if it is free of cost. Every thing was dirty, unhygienic place, bedsheet, washroom, towel everything was dirty. Pictures of room on internet are totally different from reality. Pathetic hotel

Our nightmares started as soon as we checked in at around 8 pm. The room was pathetic with doors patched up and walls discolored. No ac in the room. Could not watch tv as it was not recharged. They changed our room but the tv problem persisted and finally they told that all the staff are new and there is some problem in dish. They had a menu card but only on paper and there was only one option. The food served was so spicy that yellow dal was actually black. We just could not eat it. The final straw was that there was no water in the morning and we had to leave without bathing. They told that they are calling some plumber which would take time. Also when asked for morning tea at 6:30 am, i was told that their cook comes only at 8 am. Would not suggest anyone to go there. Charged rs. 3600- for one night.

Hotel staff was rude. Didn't have internet and tv. Room was pathetic, dirty sheets and pillow covers. They charged for drinking water also
