Hotel rooms were neat and clean. Service wise hotel is good. Breakfast served is delicious worth staying as per cost. I would give a 4 star to this hotel.

A small tiny hotel but with all the features of a 3 star hotel. They provide all facilities like good break fast eminities in room namely, fridge, electric cattle, tea coffie provision, hair dryer full equipped toileteries like dental kit, shaving kit etc. In short all eminities which you may get at branded hotel like ginger, lords, sarovar portico, you are getting in this royal treat hotel but at the half the price of branded hotel. Service is real quick and staff is really cooperative

a cute cosy hotel in the heart of surat with great interiors done aesthetically. the rooms are a bit small but all the necessary stuff is there for your comfort. the cherry on the top was their open air terrace breakfast which had an awesome variety. The front office staff was very helpful and polite. its almost on the main road so u can get any public transport easily. i will surely recommend this hotel to travellers

The hotel is hardly any distance from the railway station. The rooms and services are excellent specially take package with breakfast as they have many options for breakfast with a nice view of the city. Even the rates are reasonable.
