Neat and clean room with washroom. Walking distance from bus stoppage. Staffs are very attentive. Very hygienic food.

Average...In amenities intercom facility not available.Services are evening water tank was empty..so some problems are created with in half an hour..

Disappointing experience
We had booked Royal suite for our family stay for 2 nights. We were 6 family members and that's why booked suite so we can stay together. When we reached Digha and called hotel first of all the person who received the call said we had no booking. After 4 calls they confirmed the booking. Then when we reached hotel, the first thing they said their hotel don't have a single big room. They showed us two separate normal rooms and tried to convince us take those rooms. When we refused and I called Make my Trip, they agreed they have the suite but now they said the Air-conditioning was not working in that room. We said we will wait because we can't take two separate rooms. Then finally they gave us the room. Room was decent. There was no sign that Air-conditioning was not working. And, their staffs are not professional. When we were back from Jagannath Temple, one of their staff asked whom we are going to vote then. We were like ... what??? Though the tea was really good. The one good thing in the hotel. But they only serve tea after 7 am and not before. At 4pm also when I called for tea, first they said they don't serve tea at 4. Then they changed their mind and send the tea to the room. It was weird. To be very honest, as we were all female family members traveling, we were little scared about the security part.

Average Stay
Hotel is not at all, as you mentioned in your app. You have charged for 5 persons but provided accommodation 2 double beds room. Rooms are very small. Sea beach is 12 minutes walking distance from the hotel. Clean, service is ok. There were sea view hotels available on the tariff which you charged

Poor Stay
Service is very slow almost 2hour delay and swimmingpool hidden charge asking. swimming pool is chargeable

Good Stay
Stay was fine. Food was also nice. But the price was high because the room size was too small. Location is 10 minutes away from beach back of amaravati park.

Very good experience. Though the property is little afar from the ocean but quite good property and hospitality is overwhelming. Homely foods are available at reasonable price.

Overall room was good. It was clean and staff were cooperative. However room service was not as per expectations. They were taking lots of time in providing food.

Hotel is neat and clean, staff behaviour is too good. Food quality and quantity is good enough, but one suggestion need to be more specific about food rate, they haven't any specific chart rate for the food.

Good Stay
The hotel stay was good, but for my door there was a security concern as the sliding door lock was not opening. When asked for a tooth brush and paste kit, they advised me to go to the nearby shop to purchase. They should be more professional. Otherwise the food quality was really good, like home.
