Perfectly Located Hotel

The best part is the location of the hotel just within 5 kms of all the Forts and bang opposite to Maharani ki Chhatriyan. You have both Veg and Non Veg restaurant within 100. The rooms were clean along with the toilets. They have ample car parking space and car wash is available on demand. Room price are standard. The staff are cooperative. Overall a preferred hotel for stay in Jaipur.

Hotel was good at good location, good ventilation, good service, cleaned. We stay there for three night but we did not get hot water for last days while bathing. We took a Bath in cold water. Rest everything was OK. It was the center of Jail Mahala and Hawa Mahala.

Pathetic service, inexperienced staff, over priced for the services being offered, small rooms even for the city like Jaipur, no security they provide room with broken keys I mean what the hell.

Food and its quality was not good.

I did not check-in this hotel and immediately complained MMT about bad hotel. It was so bad from the first look that one can not stay. It was under renovation. When it's not ready, they should not take bookings and MMT should not give bookings to them. They were still cleaning after 12. 00 pm, as painting was in progress. Bad service no one was there at reception.
