The hotel room and room service were not good, WiFi and other services were not available in the room. The food in the restaurant was very good.

Room was very messed up.

Cleanliness por. No towels were available in room. Cafeteria timing little late.

During my stay, I faced several serious problems. The door locks did not work, and the TV was completely non-functional. The rooms were dirty upon arrival, though they were cleaned after I complained. Most concerning was that the switchboards were damaged, creating a real risk of electric shock, which made me feel unsafe. Additionally, breakfast was not ready even by 8 AM. These maintenance and safety issues significantly impacted the stay

Entrance and Area 1/5 Reception Dining hall 4/5 Rooms were in bad condition 1/5 Bathroom was just in working condition 2/5 Service 0.5/5 (Was waiting for dinner from 40 mins and still staff told us to wait for more and there was hardly 3-4 persons in Dining hall and gave excuse about pending orders Rooms were smelling (cigarettes)

in near by are. Rooms are old and ac are also too much old . charged for water bottle given at the time of checkin.( every hotel given till the time free). staff is polite and patient. I like that thing need to change taps , ac,(tripped and electric issues ) also required to clean the rooms properly. provided Soap and Towels after asking them but near and own manufacturing sops were given that's was nice. they changed 3 rooms for me in a 1 hour as 1. room cleaning issue 2. ac tripped issue 3. ok but tv not working. but we adjusted . without any hesitation they changed so politely that's y I am given 3 star. nice and safe place. restaurant prices may

The room was very different as shown on MMT and it was so dirty that I can’t describe walls were terrible, sheets was so dirty It was very difficult to even pass one night in that hotel, also no gyser was available

AC was not working, hygiene was not taken care of, toilet was not clean, bed sheets were dirty, receptionist staff was polite and solved the problem but other staff was bad. The bread butter I ordered was smelly, after one bite I got food poisoning, I realized the bread was not fresh, the restaurant guy came and said sorry 😔 the food was expired and still they served me. Poha was good 👍 But one bite of bread gave me motion.

The hotel building was okay, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was decent.

Worst hotel to visit the staff is so unprofessional and Rude that you will leave the hotel by your own I ordered food from hotel they took 2 hr for the order and when I asked them how much time will it take they said 10 min sir jus really pathetic

The Hotel is nice as compared to the price. the toilet should be cleaned regularly when we reach, the seat of the toilet was dirty.

Termites wall paint and plaster not proper. Room service not ok. Even water not govem in room. Complementary breakfast was there in ticket but still charged for milk and items quoting vague reason

It was a good experience staying here. food quality was good. Staff is also co-operative. Rooms are spacious.
