Hotel staff was very courteous and very kind. I would recommend this hotel anytime for travelers visiting Ahmedabad if they are planning on getting one near the Airport.

Need more focus on cleanliness. No focus on customer experience. The rooms are very dirty. The bed sheets were full of stain.

Facility to warm water if made available it would be nice. Improvenent required hand wash dental kit soap to be provided. Soap one given for three persons

Location: the location is a plus as it near the airport. Food: on-site service is limited, but there are multiple options available outside the property. Hygiene: perhaps the worst aspect about the stay. The bed linen was dirty, so were the towels. The whole room needed dusting and cleaning. Safety: standard safety exists there. They bolt the main entrance at midnight though, which may inconvenience some residents.

Location of the hotel was best. Washroom lock key was not there but thats okay. It was a nice time, we enjoyed !

Social distancing and sanitization practice was good. But need to improve wearing mask and need to keep sanitizer at each room activity.

A convenient location in a good locality, with lot of good restaurants Around. Airport also in close proximity. Though exhaust fans provide some relief, yet lack of window is badly felt. Linen, comforter and towels could be improved. Of course, good value for money.
