Clean spacious comfortable. Hot water available 24 hrs. Both ac and fan available in room. Located on first floor. Bathroom very clean but fixtures can be improved.

While checkin i had to wait for almost 15-20 mins and when enquired about the room allotted the reception person answered rudely and said we are giving you better room than what you have booked as if he is doing some favours. At checkout day actual checkout mentioned at hotel board as 11 am but staff knocked door at 945 and said to vacate. Also said if there will be delay it will be charged will not be booking this hotel for next visits
