The rooms were neat and clean. The rooms were big. They provided a very good spread for breakfast. Only problem is car parking space.

Reception welcome is good. Smooth onboarding proccess. We did not had food but when we need extra bed on two rooms they just provided it. Beds are very good. Rooms are neat and clean. Good maintenance.

We stayed at the property along with family. Nicely located in the heart of the town. Room observed to be clean and tidy with all required amenities. The check in and check out process was simple and quick. The food served at restaurant is good. The staff is very friendly specially the front reception desk (mr. Rajesh and team. They were paying attention to small things and taking care of all requirements during our stay. For sure would like to visit again

Value for money

Best hotel and rooms in Khammam. However restaurant is extremely bad. Breakfast time, no service, dirty spoons and curly with old food, no ac, staff arriving late, nobody in restaurant has responsibility. I would not eat there unless they prove they can improve hygiene and accountability. Failing marks on health and hygiene.
