It was a hotel with great hospitality. Room & washroom was very spacious. Staffs were very very cooperative & polite. Science city is only 2km from it. As it is at centre of kolkata, communication is very good. Bus stand no. 4 is 2 minute walking distance from it. Cleanliness was good. Though food options were not that much. But manageable. Breakfast is bit overpriced

Good morning, a stay only one day in this hotels but i can say proudly i have chosen a right place for stay. All staff and good and supportive in nature. Rooms were neat and clean my over all experience is good with this hotel.

It was my first visit to kolkata and i was quite concerned about my stay. All the fears of visiting a new place vanished once i reached the hotel as the hospitality was splendid. The staffs in here are well mannered and a lot more cooperative than compared to other hotels i've ever been to. May it be any hour of the day, they are always ready for help. If i ever visit kolkata again, for sure hotel sad will be the first option for my resort. In short just loved the stay! the hotel stays remain completely safe because of 24 hour security service availability in the plot with cctv cmeras. Also we'll equipped with fire hydrants and extinguishers.
