Great place to stay in Siliguri.Centrally located with very friendly and courteous staff.Communication avilable from here to all places in the city as well as places like Darjeeling,Gangtok etc.Just opposite Tenzing Norgay Bus stand, Siliguri and only 3minutes walking distance from Siliguri JN Railway Station.

coupleThe stay was okayish and the room was not maintained well. Dust has accumulated everywhere. The washroom was not clean and there were not too many options for breakfast. The locality was average.

Good Stay
The rooms are nice and comfortable. Don't be fooled by approach road, which doesn't give an impression of such a nice hotel in the 1st floor. The tie up arrangement with shier e punjab allows room service restaurant facility for excellent food. Bathroom is clean and spacious. Overall a very good experience.

firstly, the staff are good and friendly and the rooms here are good and well maintained. I will stay here on the second trip for sure. by the way taxi stands are nearby so no need to worry about fairs.☺️

Average hotel in good location
groupRooms are decent with great location. However, ac of room was not working to capacity. Also, average room service.

Property location is perfect it has access to bus station railway station all routes buses available just from downstairs of the hotel food is also good, the room provided was cosy and comfortable, the staff are also polite and well behaved, all together value for money

Great hotel amazing rooms brilliant hospitality courteous staffs great location even though from the outside the hotel looks a bit shady considering it is just at the busstand, the hotel is premium have al the amenities that you can have in a 3 star.

My experience in this hotel saayein was not upto the mark, especially cleanliness and hygiene is bad of this hotel and bed was not comfortable pillows were rock hard.
