Good experience

My stay at Hotel Sabrina was very comfortable. The front office staff was extremely polite and took care of customer requirement. However the house keeping department has to be little more responsible. The light point in bathroom, except one was not working. But overall a very good experience specially because of front office managers. I would definitely recommend this hotel in case one is looking for a stay at Perinthalmanna

No extra bed provided, only mattress provided after long arguments. Wrong contact no in app. No proper signage to identify the hotel. Google map location also wrong. No choice for breakfast. Only one item is served that to hotel choice.

Stay was good, but kitchen closing bit early they told by evening 9. 30 kitchen will close. Staff roshan is very courteous
