Very dirty, smelly, congested, and small place.
I knew I was taking a bit of risk by booking at a 3-star Residency, but it did not expect it to be my worst experience. The MMT booking invoice clearly indicated the booking includes a water bottle and despite arguing with the staff for the same they charged me additionally for the water bottle. There was no toiletry or any kind in the washroom. No soap, not even a handwash, forget about the towel. The room was very small and humid. The corridor in front of the rooms was narrow enough to walk just a person at a time. The floor was terribly smelling and we could smell the same little bit even after closing the room door. The locality is in the slum area I guess.

Dear Guest, Thank you for your critical feedback for our hotel, Let me please clarify you that our Hotel is 2-star property and its been clearly stated. We do charge for additional water and also replenish toiletries. Weather is mostly humid in Mumbai during monsoon. But since the guest is always right we like to apologise as your stay with us was not up to your expectation.
