The owner of hotel regency he is like demanding for extra money

It was a very unpleasant stay. 1. Floor was not clean. 2. Dust all around. 3. Door latch was missing. 4. Mosquitoes in the room. 5. Balcony with room was pathetic.

It was a nice place. The room was clean and hygienic and the staff was also very polite. Loved the stay.

There are several issues with the guest facilities that need immediate attention: Basic amenities are missing or not in place. The washroom flush is not working properly, and tissue rolls are not available. Blankets are being provided without covers, and when requested, a wet bedsheet was given as a cover. The quality of food is average and needs improvement. Kindly look into these concerns and ensure proper arrangements are made for guest comfort and hygiene.

Overall it was okay, but it can be better. TV has limited channels to offer. Water bottles are not complimentary .

Stay was average. Rooms are in very bad condition. Broken sockets, broken AC remote. Room rates are very high as compared to the quality of the stay and rooms.

The room is comfortable for 2 persons, although the area of the room is little less. Reception counter service was excellent. Nice and courteous behavior. We stayed for the night and vacated in the morning and hence we didn't get a chance to order food. However, they complied with our request for tea even at midnight when we checked in.

I checked in at the hotel in the evening and i got good service with respect to parking and luggage assistance. Later i received good food with quick services. I got my mattress also in time. The room was clean with enough facilities. But the toilets can be more better but nevertheless the hotel is good for a family stay.
