Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The staff are very polite, easy to get rich in, the room was very neat and clean hassle free check in and check out and overall a good experience note they do not provide brush and comb so carry it and bedsheet par dang nahi hone chahiye warna extra charge dena padega

Hotel saffron, bilaspur is a newly built property at telephone exchange road, near old bus stand. The location is good. Rooms are big and comfortable. They have a rooftop restaurant, food is very good and service time is till late at night. We checked in at 9. 50pm, and room service was available till 11. 30 pm. Staff is polite and quick in service.

The best hotel i’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms (there was even a tv by the shower, and high quality service. Also, they are one of few hotels that allow people book a reservation.

Nice hotel room service very good, delicious food very decent for a short city break. Excellent location, central and well connected with tram/metro. Staff was welcoming, i arrived on a bank holiday and they gave me a leaflet with everything that was open. Ability to store your luggage after check-out. Great wifi. Breakfast buffet better than expected. Room basic but clean and comfortable. "
