Review Of Hotel Saffron

Hotel room was clean, food was good and the staff was polite and welcoming. Had a wonderful stay also it is roadside so convenient for transport.

It was quite okay . Although there were few things thats bit upsetting. Washroom door knobs were rusted creating trouble while operating. Mosquito issues and there was no arrangement for drinking water. I was expecting bit more facilities with that amount I paid .

The ambience was very good, staff were supportive the only issue is the quality of tap water. The quality is not up to the mark.

There was no drinking water in the room. The bathroom was very small and there was no water for bathing in the morning.

My experience at the saffron hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The location was fantastic, close to many shops and restaurants, and the lobby area was very inviting. However, the room itself was smaller than expected and could have been cleaner. The staff was friendly, but there were long wait times for check-in and room service. The breakfast was good, but the dining area was crowded. Overall, it was a decent stay, but there’s definitely room for improvement"

The location of the property is quite good to find connectivity to visit nearby places. The food is poor quality. The rooms are good except for the bathroom.

The stay at the hotel was average. There was no ac remote in the room. Cleanliness was average. Staff was not responsive much. But the location was good. The connectivity to travel to everyplaces was easy. Overall we had a decent stay.

The rooms lacked ventilation and the room smelled fishy. They sprayed room freshner. But after a few minutes, the bad smell returned. There was no room service. The staff were okay. The price i paid for the room was way too much.

We had booked this hotel on 26th to 28th december. Initially when we called the hotel, they confirmed our booking and asked us to come. After one hour they called back and said no booking was showing up and our booking was cancelled. Due to delay of train, we reached mathura at 27th december 3. 00am with no hotel booking. We had to find and pay double the amount and book another hotel. Terrible experience overall.

Nice location, nice staff, nice behaviour, nice and well mannered peoples. Didn't find anything wrong. I had fever on last day of check out but they allowed me to extend it without any problem and also one of the staff brought me medicine and provided lukewarm milk to have with it. Very beautiful gesture as every-time they were asking how i am feeling and let them know if i want anything.

Best place for stay this hotel is nearby to the krishna janambhumi and best for couple and family i rec
