The hotel staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful. Overall it was a wonderful stay. Location is very suitable and property is awesome. Better ambience and would encourage more guests.

Saffron crest is a really nice property in siliguri which is clean and comfortable. I usually travel with my family and i find it perfect for our stay whenever i stop in siliguri on-route to sikkim. The hotel also has a nice restaurant and bar that offers delicious veg food with a comprehensive menu. Perfect place to stay.

Excellent welcome. My room was upgraded to premium by receptionist and it’s near to shopping mall vega and cosmos. Very clean hotel and bfst was awesome.

Location is good and an excellent property. Maintained very well and rooms are comfortable. It is a vegetarian hotel but doesn’t really make a difference.
