Worst hygiene and safety standards

Neither the service was good. The almirah were so dirty, no hanger were there. Even the TV was not working, no hot water was there. These deficiencies were removed after much persuasion.

Hotel room and washroom are so dirty.

Services are not good like order to meal etc.

Horrible experience ever, ill mannered staff, worst food, dirty place, everything cheap in fact. The room did not even worth it the charge and that too without air-conditioner. Additionally they charged more for switching on air-conditioner. And then they again switched that off before 4 hours off our check-out time. We had to beg for everything whether it was a bed sheet, pillow, dustbin, mat, bucket, jug and so much else. And all that was again worst condition. They were simply hungry for money and no sort of facilities, obnoxious place.

It is THE best hotel in Meerut. I cannot think without Sagar. Good location. Peaceful area . Good rooms. Good restaurant. The words can go on. But now its others turn to visit the hotel.
