Hotel Sagar International

As you say I have booked through MMT, suddenly the behavioral aspect of the person at the counter changes. At the time of check-in, I reached at 9 am while check-in time as per booking was 12:00. I requested them to check me in than they told me "sir no rooms are available right now, as it becomes vacant I will a lot it to you". I waited till 15 minutes then I asked" If I pay extra for early check-in. Then they allowed me the room with extra charges. Extra charges don't mean for me but "no room available right now" means a lot. After check in every thing became smooth but I lost my interest to stay there. Such behavior at the Hotel Sagar International counter is an early warning signal. The Hotel Sagar International must work on it.

The Hotel Sagar International has good room with almost every facility. The Hotel Sagar International is ideally located opposite to railway station. Upon our arrival we were greeted. Hotel staff were happy to help us. Quality of food and breakfast was very good. Wi fi with good speed was made available. The ambience of entrance was attractive. The GM came in my room, greeted and asked for any requirement. I liked his attitude towards facilities and cleanliness of Hotel Sagar International. I recommend this Hotel Sagar International.

I was on business trip, I found this Hotel Sagar International value for money. I found my room little unhygienic, due to some event, all the rooms were booked hence Hotel Sagar International staff was not in situation to shift me in any other room, but the way staff responded to me and made my stay comfortable, I felt, they are actually concerned about my stay, that's make me to appreciate their hospitality. Would definitely stay in the same Hotel Sagar International in future, if I would visit the same place.

Was on a business trip. Got down at Durg Railway Station and easily found Hotel Sagar International as it is opposite the station. The room was spacious and had a desk, office chair, queen size bed, dining table for two with chairs, small fridge, hairdryer, Reading light and basket with namkeen and biscuits. It also had a toiletries kit and adjustable shaving mirror. Toilet was clean and new. Room service is fast. They have a spa, gym as well.

Hotel is just opposite to Durg Railway Station, no need to take any auto, just walk across the street. Secondary, the Hotel Sagar International has complimentary Swimming Pool, Sauna, Gym and obviously the breakfast. The food is tasty but a bit priced, but the room rate is amazing. A must try property. At this rate and this location, you will not get any other Hotel Sagar International in this area. Loved It. :)

Giving a four star only because I had a bargain stay. Complimentary items are awesome. Not a satisfying breakfast. Not really up to the mark of a rated 3 star Hotel Sagar International. The Hotel Sagar International uses local brands for chips and packaged drinking water given complimentary. Cleanliness is average, overall if you go to see its average not so good not so bad. For family is not recommended.

The Hotel Sagar International is located in a very convenient area with all kinds of facilities close by. Be it rail, auto, market. You just need to step out puff entrance and there it is.
It was fine overall. In a city like Durg, the Hotel Sagar International was quite a surprise with a 24 hours swimming pool and a good rest bar open till mid night.

Its a very good Hotel Sagar International for the amount you pay Good Quality Food, Clean Swimming Pool, and Sauna Bath but the room service only very slow and unresponsive. I ordered a bottle of water and waited for 15 minutes, again I called the room service to make sure whether they noted my request or not then after 5 minutes I get water.

Near to railway Station, good service decent room. Food is also good. Staff is decent.

Food was good. Room services need improvement as they need to be reminded of the same requirements over and over again.

The room was pretty clean. Service was decent. It was surely value for money and I would recommend it to my friends. It is very close to the railway station which makes the location perfect. I was travelling in night and I did not need to search for the place.

All things are good. Would have been better. It would have been nice if the Hotel had a dance club.

Very cheap laundry service, good management, staff is good they clean my car as well, overall nice stay.

Though food options were quite less than my previous experience and also pretty pricey but the cooking and quantity were very good as usual.

It's kind a nice Hotel Sagar International according to those who are wanted to travel with your family, friends or Solo.

There was no normal temperature water available on the wash basin, only hot water.

Overall a good Hotel Sagar International in the vicinity, food is good, wi-fi is very poor, room given to me was a bit small, other services are good. The main advantage is its location. Located just opposite the Railway station and is on walking distance. Staff is good.

Nice to stay with reasonable price, location is extremely perfect, close to station and cleanliness is well maintained. Staff is good, and Hotel Sagar International facilities are well maintained. Its worth staying here. Good to chose this Hotel Sagar International. I would like to stay in this Hotel Sagar International in future too.
