Rooms are neat and clean. Property is beautiful. staffs are polite and cooperative. House keeping staff Shekhar paid special attention to the room cleanliness. Overall experience is good.

The hotel is exactly as it is in the pictures, it has very friendly staff members and they serve great food.

Bad experience
Room was not upto the mark. It was not at per to the charges. The room which was given to us was poor in condition , wash basin was not working properly. Even water flow was very slow in washroom taps. Toilet kits were not available. Breakfast quality was good with limited foods.

very poor service and food quality is not for Bengali food lovers. The room is also very old. No sea view room

Very far from Sea beach not a good place to stay if you want to explore the city..No market place nearby

Terrible Stay
It was a worst experience for us as the property is not well maintained. Flush was not working in the washroom. Service is pathetic. We ordered simple food for our kids which came after 2hours and 2 times enquiry. Won’t recommend anyone.

Puri Hote
First of all this is not a sea view but just a partial see view from far distance. And the property is too old with poor maintenance. The room service is also in a bad condition. The property is not exactly what they show in MMT app but the different picture at arrival. The hotel is not located near beach but too far from beach we need ro travel by vehicle.

Breakfast was ok, hotel food is overpriced and poor quality, no laundry facility, no shaving kit available even if offered to pay extra, no cookies served with tea, cockroach was available
