The rooms are clean and spacious within the budget. Staff are very friendly. Close to market just 5min walkable distance. Food is very delicious. View from the terrace is awesome. Recommend for family.

I would highly recommend this hotel. Nice hotel. Nice place. Hotel staff behavior is extremely fantastic. Hotel is not good for the people who are aged above 45. Hotel is big value for money. Awesome view from top floor.

Nice experience had with this hotel. Beautiful location to stay. I am not with the room service. Its quiet time taking. But if you are coming for a honeymoon package you can enjoy the location from hotel. Views from hotel is awesome.

Room was 5 mins away from m g marg and location was calm and silent with sun light at morning feels like chocolate in ice cream. Received welcome kit in hotel room. Hotel staff were good and supportive. Plan my every trip.

Stay at Sagorika hotel Gangtok was good and conduct of hotel staff was friendly and cooperative. Ambience was fine. Tariff for rooms was also reasonable. However, modem for free Wi-Fi may be installed at each floor. Cleanliness in the rooms and room service was also good and prompt.

Rooms and toilets are really spacious and clean. Location is nice near to MG Marg market but if you have Senior member then you might avoid it because the way is too steep uphill. Rest it is a good. Receptionist were ready to help nice staff behavior.

1. Hotel staff are all uniformly helpful. 2. Hotel is fair in its dealings. Nothing unexpected was charged. I have to specifically mention this because we heard from other tourists in our Changu Lake tour how they were asked to vacate even before the last date of their booking because that other hotel got higher-paying customer for that period. 3. Be prepared to walk up and down a steep road. For that matter many other hotels must have the same feature since Gangtok is such a hilly place. 4. Water in flush tank does not get filled as fast as we want, especially for the second person wishing to use the toilet immediately after the first. However water collected in bucket from the bathroom tap can be poured into the flush tank. 5. For a South Indian vegetarian family like ours, it was easy to walk to restaurants even up to M.G.Marg in 20 minutes. The hotel itself offers food with 40 minutes of waiting time. We did not try anything there other than bread toast on the morning of checkout. 6. When it was raining, another family checked out and had to go to Bagdogra airport. Their taxi driver had not got rain-proof arrangement for the luggage which had to be carried on top of the car. The staff at the hotel desk went inside and brought big plastic bags to cover the several suitcases and helped them out at the right time. 7. There is no lift; stairs have to be used. 8. Overall, staying at the hotel will be pleasant.

The hotel is located around 10 kms from the Gangtok bus stand. You can hire taxi to get there which cost around INR 100. The hotel was small but a nice one. You can get free room service though food is a bit expensive the room was large and well decorated. The toilets were disinfected and they were very clean. They provided small but essential things like soap, towels,comb, TV, blankets and extra blankets in the cabinet. The Geyser worked superbly. There are very good and reasonable restaurants like sher-e-punjab just beside the hotel the taxi stand is also at a walking distance from the hotel. The hotel staff gave us hot water when we were running cold, umbrellas when it was raining. You can get newspaper in the lobby. Surprisingly enough, the wifi internet had blazing fast speed. Overall it was worth the money spent. Whenever I visit Gangtok in future I would book this hotel for sure.

I alongwith my family stayed in this hotel for 4 days in a super deluxe room. It is an excellent hotel as regards to its condition, cleanliness, room size, room service, fooding, tour & travel services and location. They cooked food for me and my family when we reached the hotel in the midnight. Excellent service I must say. Its real value for money and is situated very near to famous M.G. Road of Gangtok. Mr. Bhim Lama, the manager of this hotel is a nice, sober and friendly person. I would rate this hotel 5/5 and would certainly recommend this hotel.

It is conveniently located near main city centre , to reach hotel from NH you have to take few steps down. MG road is at walkable distance. City taxis can reach the hotel for pickup or drop. Hotel is nicely managed and is clean and comfortable. Food is good.
