Good in all aspects, food delicious and in ample quantity. Supportive staff and good cleanliness. Every thing is fine here. Only improvement needed in entrance from main road.

The hotel was so nice & the staff also. Their service was very good & providing hygiene services and good quality of food. The sahil palace is the only one hotel in ropar which comes in high quality and standard.

Very nice stay and people are very friendly. Room is very clean. Hotel is very near to iit Ropar. Bus stand and railway station are also near by. Market of ropar is at walking distance. It is in center of the city with parking facility available.

Had short stay of one night, clean rooms n toilets. Peaceful locality. Friendly staff. Food room service is quick n good. Felt food slightly overcharged.

Good if you are alone. Value for money. The food is average and the service is satisfactory. The location is suitable if you have work at IIT as it is very close to the campus. Will stay again in next trip.

Hotel is good location wise. But the facilities are average. I did read a lot of reviews before booking and understand that it is a nice hotel. Maybe because I booked through MMT they gave me an average room. The water from the wash basin was flowing out of the damaged pipe. The restaurant service and food was good.

The room is big but the ac is very small, required a minimum 1 ton ac in the room. Cleaning issue.

Small services are very bad. Ac was leaking water my all clothes wet and the room no. 222 washroom door was transparent this is a very big issue for us

Approach road is very narrow, hotel is not on road. Complementary breakfast variety is very very limited. Toilet was very having bad smell. Room service is also very poor.
