No facility at hotel, no restaurant, cleanliness not upto mark, bedsheets and pillows not clean. Very very average hotel for price paid. Nothing else to report. How can i get my 6% discount

I have 3695 rs to make my trip and it's worse than 100 rs dharmshala. Moreover got stuck for 4 hrs as make my trip didn't inform and communicate to hotel. Will take legal against make my trip. Will take legal

Terrible experience

Staff didn't want to allot a room inspite of showing booking details. Somehow he agreed to give room. Room service was not there at all. When i asked for tea, he denied so rudely like i was asking for free. Pathetic and not worthy.

Totally unhygienic hotel. Wash room was very dirty and filthy. Linen and pillow covers were also very dirty. Mosquitoes flying in room. Commode broken
