Hotel should have food facility and before check-in hotel ahold have all the electronics in Working condition so customer should not go to reception again and again

Staying at that hotel was a terrible experience for me They never provided any amminities No soap or anything Even the tv ain't working no battery in the remote Noisy fan,bathroom is not clean,poor customer service from the staffs, worst behaviour from the receptionist

Place is well connected to every corner of Hyderabad. Nearby you will find many good restaurants veg and nonveg. Only one receptionist is very rude in nature. But other staffs are excellent. Lift available. Cleaning is really good. If you have bottle you can have water at each floor. WiFi is very weak at the corner room. Otherwise it is a very good stay.

The room was average. Basic cleaning was done, but daily room cleaning and bed sheet changes should be ensured. The AC was quite old—I had to set it at 18°C just to keep the room comfortable. The staff were polite and cooperative, but the overall service should be improved to match the value of the money paid by guests.

The place was not hygienic and totally messed up, stinky and bad smell around. No amenities inside room as mentioned in list. No proper room service. Ac remote wasnt working preoperly. no proper response of hotel staff. Such a waste of my personal precious time totally spoiled and ruined

Bathrooms they are giving heaters to heat the water and the buckets are fully dusted and have holes.

i booked the AC deluxe room but the AC was not even connected. i have to twice to the reception to complaint because the telephone does not work either. then i got to know that the room i was allocated was not even an AC room. then they shifted me to an AC room after 3hrs of check-in and in that room the flush was not working
