There is no restaurant at the hotel. The booking was done because it showed restaurant as one of the amenities. Wrong information is provided on the website. Very disappointing.

We stayed for a day in this hotel in the ground floor A C room. The room was clean as well as the washroom. The USP of the hotel is its location. The Taj Mahal is just 2 minutes walk away. The behaviour of the staff was very cordial and they were very helpfull in all aspects. The rooms are not very modern as the hotel is quite old but it is a budget friendly. Achchhi jagah hai rukne ke liye Staff coperative hai Saf safai bahut badiya rahti hai Tajmahal ke gate se matra 200 miter ki doori per hai .guest house ki chat se tajmahal ka sandar najara dikhta hai . Rent bhi jada nahi hai . Rent ke hisab se sab kuchh achchha hai.

We had a pleasant stay in Sai Palace. Hotel Staff , Owner and Service everything was fantastic. Food was affordable, tasty and the cook was so flexible in accepting our orders. This place is very near to Taj Mahal . Owner Mr.Kunal is so humple and loyal person. Overall a good place for Family Stay.

The location was slightly busy, food service & food was so delicious, amenities were good and lastly service also excellent and reception counter's peoples were honest.

Hotel is near to taj mahal, location is good. Hotel's staff are humble in nature, after checkout they provide you to keep your things too.

It feels like a ghost place. It is the place where humans can't stay. Makemytrip should not promote this kind of hotel. I booked this hotel for 2 nights but stayed only 1hr. Money was completely wasted. I have booked another hotel for myself.

Entrance road is uncleaned, dirty, smelly. Hot water only if you inform and wait for 10min. If you have busy schedule, then it is dissaster.
