Food quality is very tasty and stay was very pleasant. Staff is very cooperative. Hotel is near to saibaba temple. Amenities are good. 24 hours air conditioning and hot water is available. For family this hotel is highly recommended.

This was my first time to shirdi and it was really though to get a room in shirdi then i saw the reviews of hotel sai plaza and booked a room through make my trip the hospitality was awesome and the staff helped me out well in fulfilling all my needs

The hotel is excellent, you can be comfortable with the family, the hotel staff is very good and the room service is also better. The only drawback is, that there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. My train was at 5'O clock in the evening, due to which I had to stay 3 hours more in the hotel room but the manager did not take his money even though I wanted to pay him 3 hours fee. I spent the entire 5 days here.

Me and my friend reached by 10 am. Check in time was 12 pm but after waiting till 30 to 45 minutes we got our room around 10:45 .. Thanks to manager .. Good staff .. Good facilities of Hot water and hotel has in house Restaurant

It's been wonderful experience to stay in this hotel. Facility room and service is very good. A cheap and best hotel thanks to makemytrip. Rooms are clean. Specious bathroom. and a veg restaurant is in this hotel with good food. Services are upto the mark.

Stay was comfortable and room size also was good enough. Hot water timing was restricted for morning time only. But overall stay was better than expectations in given rates. Its also located within 1 km of temple. Also having facility for 5 to 6 people in one room
