Lodging without restaurant & room service slightly expensive.

The location is just off the highway, very convenient. This place is under renovation. There is no in-house restaurant. No option of ordering from outside. But the staff was quite cooperative enough to guide us to a fairly good place nearby to have our lunch. The room was clean but the bedsheets and the bedspread was not clean. I had booked with extra bed for my kid but instead i was provided with a mattress which was not comfortable at all the bedsheet was not clean. There are fairly good places around to have veg non veg food, tea stalls, snacks centre. Room service is extra cost and too expensive.

Stay on a street, but not at this hotel

It was my worst stay ever. There's not a single good thing about this hotel that I can write. Unprofessional and rude staff. They gave no service. Pathetic facilities. Very bad and smelly rooms without any toilet paper rolls or jet sprays. Never ever go there!

Bad hotel

The paint was peeling out of the walls in rooms. The attendants were hardly bothered and were fighting amongst themselves. Very very bad hotel.

Sorry sir we really apologies for inconvenience face by you at our property, as sir their is heavy rainfall in kolhapur last 3 month also even national highway is closed due to floods situation in kolhapur. As due to rains the moisture accurs in rooms and damage all few wall so problem rises. But we are working on it and soled very shortly. Thank you

familyNever think of coming to this Hotel. No hot water. No tea till 12:00 pm. No refreshments till 12:00 pm. Lift out of order. There is no Hotel nearby to have cup of tea or breakfast. But staff is good. They try to be good with available resources.

Value for money and good staff

This place was value for money with nice staff. Also their Kolhapuri mutton meal is really good in their restaurant.
