So bathrooms are not clean we had to say after that they cleaned the room and restaurant food was average

Filthy room, bedsheet & pillow cover & bath room. Minimum breakfast menu. Lacking in customer greetings too.

Totally losses money. Ratting -0 west sarvice room not cleaning properly landphone not working led also does not working always signal issues. Breakfast test less

Servicing is good. But breakfast time food providing is so late. Cleaning should be done properly. Need to improve room infrastructure.

Amenities are like a normal lodge and others all are average, rooms are not just like it shown.

Very worse and service is very poor and staff is not cooperative. Food quality is not good and unable to get the bill.

The hotel has no provision for hot water after 2 pm. This is one of diff problems of the hotel

Room service is pathetic. My room was booked including breakfast and in breakfast they have no choice. Only puri and bhaji that also too oily. Washroom commod was broken and cracked. Blanket was not clean. Pillow covers are full of stain.

Food as well as room was awesome loved it, but sheets were not clean. Some categorised food were not available, then also whatever was given was good. Overall good it was.

Don’t book this hotel. Untrained staff and owner is not ow we he is a security gourd type. Nonsense

Rooms should have independent geysers. Hotel staffs were cordial & prompt enough to provide hot water whenever required. Rest everything was family friendly.

location wise excellent, food quality was good. hygiene and room conditions need more attention and improvement.

Location is very good. The property is not so hygiene. Also the staffs are not cooperating. The services are not upto the standards. So i checked out on the same day. The room price shown in the makemytrip portal is very much high as compared to price shown in hotel.

Property's location - was really good in between the market location for working. Food - also average. Not so good or not so bad. Hygiene & safety standards - also average, not up to the mark. Room - wall color was so old & breakage. Not good. As per cost of the room for one day is very high from make my trip. They are directly offering their room to direct customers at hotel @ rs. 1000 - + g. S. T. Extra. But i booked it from mm t so i got total amount nearly @ rs. 1800 - )inclu. Gst) this is not good mm t you are also cheating with your own customers at the pricing of hotels. Please check the hotel by your own eyes then set the price of hotel rooms;

Neat and clean hotel. Staff behaviour is very good.

Room very poor condition, washroom also same. But staff was good.

This is a good to stay & value of money is also good.

Nyc place to stay with family, neat and clean room

No wifi, no lift, rooms were old, smelly blankets
