The stay at hotel salem castle was very comfortable. The room was spacious. The bathroom was well equipped and clean. The food both ala carte as well as the breakfast buffet was tasty and the spread was good. Overall a great stay. Done.

Hotel location is highly prime center, easy access to all the business center in salem, stay was plea-sent nice hospitality, room was highly spacious with very nice city view from the private balcony nice restaurant, food served to room was very tasty, food delivered to room with quick turn around time, all the basic & required amenities are well placed in the room.

I had a wonderful stay at hotel sale m castle. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, making me feel right at home. The ambience of the hotel was very impressive, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Its convenient location, connected to the city, made it easy to explore the area. I particularly enjoyed the breathtaking view from my balcony. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and i look forward to visiting again in the future.

The stay at hotel salem castle was really comfortable. I booked 2 rooms and both were really spacious and extremely clean. Balcony was available with a fantastic view of the city and the hills. Very spacious car parking. Restaurant was very spacious, neat and really tasty food. Staff starting from the reception, room service boys and the staff at the restaurant were really well mannered and professional. My family is extremely happy about the stay at this hotel. Highly recommended. Will definitely visit again when we come to salem. Totally worth the price we paid.

Room a and services were nice, food was excellent, cleanliness at high level, airconditioner was fine ; there were some confusion between people in the reception desk ( day and night shift people ) in providing services ordered but that was manageable.

The rooms were clean and excellent, the location is as well apt and close to famous restaurants and bus terminus. The food was not good, personally didn't like it for the price charged. They should increase their taste and quality in their food.

It’s a comfortable stay. Shower mixer knob comes out as it was not properly fitted. Due to travel timings unable to have breakfast.

Hotel is good but there is limited food facilities. Breakfast is best. But for lunch/ dinner there are no option but to order from outside say by zomato. There is no hotel nearby at walkable distance to get the proper lunch or dinner. Rest is good.
