Enjoyed my stay in hotel samar, great location, neat and clean rooms, centralised heating system and hot water. Professional staff and very helpful. Hygienic food, in house veg restaurant available, near by market overall a great experience in hotel everything was perfect

Stay for before and after trek

The rooms are clean, couple of rooms with city view and balcony. I had comfortable stay both days. The owner mr. Faisal is very good person and welcoming. He helped me to get rickshaw to roam around in the city.

Best location and very good service

Service: personalised service by staff including owner's family members. Very soft spoken and acting even on your small needs. Location: situated at prime location and centre of the city, 1km from dal gate. You will find banks, atm, veg and non veg food just beside the hotel. Food: hotel serve only veg food in their dedicated restaurant in the ground floor. Food is delicious and you must try puri bhaji and china puri in the breakfast, you won't think of any other restaurant after that. Other services: hotel staff and owner also guide you genuinely for different sites surrounding srinagar without looking for any personal benefit from you. They will arrange car if you want and also guide you on do's and don'ts of various sites and spots. Overall, if you want to visit kashmir, samir hotel is the best option.

Its a good hotel with friendly staff. I stayed at the end of november 2024 for 3 days. The resturant serves good vegeration food. Rooms are upto the mark for the price which you pay.
