Hotel staff
Hotel staff behaviour was not friendly and room service also take some time for service. But the hotel's breakfast and food was good. Comfortable stayed there.

Room service is very bad. Tv was not worked. I was call so many times even talked to gm as well no one resolved that.

Good but can be better
We stayed in hotel on 30th jan 2025. Room was comfortable and clean. Rooms were of old style though. I only had one issue with hotel that they provide dental kit, hand towel and bathroom sleepers then why don’t they keep everything in room. I had to call for all these things. Food was very good. Overall experience is good but it can be better

Irritating property only front office is good and the staff behaviour worst
soloVery bad room ambience and the outdated furniture and worst bathroom. The food part is not tasty and hygiene and the room service is also poor.

Hot water issue and staff behavior
No hot water in room, after informing to room service technician has came, he has unable to resolve the issue. Later informed in reception they also responded after 45 minutes. But no hot water we have got at room.

Terrible Stay
familyI am staying at this property since last 25 years and i found the same excellent. This time i found that despite several message to gm through front desk and unanswered calls on his mobile, he has not bothered to listen the complaint. The room given to us was in terrible condition and no one has listened to me.

Hotel is too costly compare to its amenities. Neither complimentary tea pot nor electric kettle was provided by hotel. In bathroom neither soap nor other bathroom complimentary items given by hotel. Please improve the amenities otherwise other options are available.

Dear Sir, Thanks for feed back- Regards soaps in toilet, we keep soap dispensers in each toilet. If by chance tea kettle was not in your room, you could of requested us, we would of given immediately. In future the same will not be repeated.
