Review Of Hotel Samrat

I had booked it for my family stay by Make my trip and paid for this. When reached at samrat hotel they cancelled my booking without prior intimation. The Management is very irresponsible. Never book such worst hotel in Indore.

Washroom needs to be fixed

No information on mobile e mail not working wanted to cancel trip on 15th but noware to call. No customer support. You must improve your backoffice. Never went to stay there. Thanks for your earning free rent

Room is not proper maintain in low lighting. Tv is not proper running. Not given to body wash and shampoo. Not change bed sheet & towel in next day. Wc sheet installed in front of the wash room door.

Hotel samrat is great place to stay if you want provacy and comfort at same time. The staff is quite professional and service is great. If you want to stay for indore sightseeing. You can stay here. I haven't done as we were trying out side.

Worst hotel ever, worst manager, they provide rooms with broken tap, broken shower in bathroom, broken flush even i have videos, ac remote is not working, dirty blanket, if you tell them several times that this all is happening then also they have 0 responsibility, never ever book this hotel, only they focus on alcoholic peoples to entertain them at there room service.

Excellent location with good room size, old design & average bathroom, good staff & reasonable rates, avoid additional facilities like breakfast, food, etc.

I am booked the hotel with breakfast included, but the hotel charging bill for breakfast. He is not mentioned anywhere the breakfast is not unlimited. And the room service is worsted, for water also not provided during stay.

One of the pathetic room service and rooms available at below floors but manager has given room at top floor

Toilet equipments were not ok, no tv channels, no menu in room

Worse room no toilet paper no neat and towel no clean hanger were available in room regularly water was leaking in bathroom dirty blanket.

Terrible even for one night, i think hotel need upgradation.

Hotel is located in prime area of Indore.

Excellent location. Centre of the town. All important places are very nearby. Other features are also very good. Specially staffs are very well behavior and dedicated.
