Hotel had all the facilities they mentioned. It had 24x7 electricity, room was equipped with heater and had warm water 24x7.

Excellent . Great stay. Only disadvantage was that there was no lift. It was needed as I was with senior citizens. Other than that it was a very good stay. Food is delicious, room service is very good. Excellent hospitality.

Good location and food is good. Hotel is neat and clean and it is in the heart of city. Excellent service. Need more facilities like complimentery breakfast and in room tea. Need more amenities in wash room.

Everything was so good there that you can't even see a single mistake. Room service is so quick that you can't even think about how they do. I will surely visit again and again and will love to.

We took a four bed room and it was awesome. The room was big enough and kids had a lot of space to play. Room service is very good and prompt. Reception is also very helpful. Cleanliness is always maintained.

I stayed for 1 days at this hotel & its really had good experience excellent location, service, good service, tasty food even you can say its value for money. And its very spacious room and lobby is relay good to look & attractive. Room service is excellent & staff are very cordial. Room and toilet was neat and clean. All basic amenities were available in the hotel with working condition.

I stayed at the hotel for three days and will most probably choose to do so again the next time I'm in Jammu. The Hotel is located bang in the middle of old Jammu next to the bus stand. The location is noisy as any spot located near a major transit point anywhere in the world would be but the spacious rooms on offer are quiet and privacy is not an issue at all. The staff is courteous and helpful. The Hotel is not only clean, it is swept and maintained several times a day. Located next to two more hotels adjacent to it and just across the road from restaurants, a bustling market and other lodges etc, it's quite a lively place to stay at but with the right and required amount of privacy, as I mentioned earlier. The tariff is not only affordable but a bargain for the facilities and quality on offer. The food is good, the rooms are clean and the bathroom isn't large but not small either. In all, a rating of good from my point of view. Compliments to the staff and the management.
