Property location is very good. Rooms are spacious but maintenance is bad. Staff are good.

horrible maintenance. unclean rooms. everything is dirty. old furniture, torn sofa, dirty ward robe. only the manager was very good and polite

1) Location good 2) food not taken 3) Not good, to be renewed. As per location if renewed all rooms and reception counter to be high lighted. 4) service is too bad, no proper response, no hot water arrangement.

Overall, my stay at hotel samrat was outstanding. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free experience. I will definitely be returning on my next visit!

This properties very old and bad maintenance. The worst thing is there is no national tv channel, no english channel.

the stay was great but the TV was not working 😕 there were two aunty which helped us wearing sareee all the people in the hotel were nice and polite overall it was a great stay

A very good stay. It was neat and clean. The staff were polite. It was a new city for me. They had guided me nicely. My room was 301.

Rooms were smelling and dirty. Do not stay in this hotel. They do not have dedicated own car parking place.

i had booked for 13 to 14 and tried to modify to 14 to 15. but wrongly by mistake the date confirmed as 12 to 13 . I lost 1180/-

Hotel is near to the railway station and Padmanabha swamy temple. They have their own restaurant with limited menu options. Hotel building is very old, I see dampened walls, old furniture and old lift. I took two rooms for my family. Bathrooms are kind of ok. Beds are also fine. There are no decent hotels nearby in walking distance but you order food and eat. Service could have been better. Water glass placed on table is not in hygiene condition, nobody gave the drinking water to room instead we happened to fill our water bottles from reception area. Bath Towels are very old and doesn't serve the purpose. They just gave one small Medimix soap for 3 people for two days. There are something basics that need to be served default not by request.

The property was not well kept, the ceiling was falling off. Rooms were not clean and tidy. They were smelling, overall the room was not worth staying. Would have been better, if mm t had checked / reviewed the stay before putting up

For one night stay in less budget, this can be good option.

poor quality of rooms. ac is not working in the standard ac room. no drinking water was offered to the guest. they even do not know about the bookings through make my trip. left the hotel after one day even 2 rooms was booked for 2 days and made the full payment.. request to make my trip to refund fare of one day. otherwise i will start negative campaign against make my trip in social media in a large scale.

At reception, receptionist response is very poor. They cannot speak hindi or english only local language. Receptionist don't have knowledge on any prominent places in the city. Room inside walls are very dirty, sofa set in damaged condition. Ac is working well.

Close to padmanabhan swamy temple, clean room and very polite service. Restaurant beer bar good, food okay.
