Food is burnt and breakfast menu is very limited.
This is a very pathetic Hotel, with low is staff who used to enter the room without knocking and will open your doors if you have locked them. Food is also pathetic and bad. The lift was not working use to climb 4 floors for each and everything. Staff is used to ask for a tip after giving such a pathetic service.

The hotel is conveniently located near Patna Junction railway station on main road. The staffs were very helpful and friendly. The food quality is good. Room service was very prompt. The breakfast had good choices of food. My overall experience is very satisfying.
The room was spacious and well furnished.
