Overall it was a good stay. Room was nice and clean. Television and telephone had problems though. Breakfast was kinda ok

Had a good experience with the stay, staff is very kind and hospitality is good. Better stay in the middle of meerut. Rooms were clean and neat. Food was only the concern since it didn't find it tasty. Rest outside food is allowed. Worth stay at affordable price in this location.

My experience was not so great with the property location wise good, due to metro work more traffic and no food available in the property currently due to metro work. In toilet gun was broken, in shower no water coming.

No complimentary stuff. Poor hospitality. Poor service. Do not deserve this price at all. One can find better Hotel in same price. Never ever go for it.

But bed sheets were not clean, there was no toiletries in the bathroom, no mug or bucket in the wash-room, water was leaking from the AC. Food was very expensive. No value for money.

Terrible stay; a deceptive hotel

I booked the hotel room for three days but left it after the first day because the room, the headrest of the bed and the bathroom were too much dirty. The shower and tap were not working well. The plaster was in ruinous condition. When i complained about them, the manager showed me some other rooms but everywhere the room and the bathroom were in deplorable conditions. The overall ambience of the room as well as the hotel was unhealthy. I booked this hotel to see it was a 3-star hotel. But it is not suitable even for 2 stars. It was a terrible stay. I will not recommend it to anybody.

Tv closed, breakfast facility not available, night me light katne par generator nahin chalaya tha. Hotel near the food facilities are not available. Makemytrip only commission ke lye booking le raha hai. Hotel me kuchh b hi thik nahi hai. Tv facility not available. Overall bad facilities.

Only the walls and roof with bedding. Remaining all the services are in worst conditions. Even bed linen is not good. After requesting to reception there is not any positive response. On the same floor some guests were making noise with abusing language, for god sake o was single. If by chance it was with family then very much embarrassment condition that time. I'll recommend it to anyone. Even the reception persons asking about payment what you paid online, but they are not conscious about their services.
