Rooms are extremely good and quality of the products used are also very much appreciated and staff side response and all is also very humble and excellent rooms also doesn't smell unlike other hotels in this category.

My stay was comfortable. The room was basic, but clean and had good a/c and a good hot water shower. Staff were friendly and helpful in finding restaurants in which to eat dinner and breakfast.

Hotel was new and good. It was very much clean as well. Staff behavior was good. But there was no window for a non-ac room. Tv was not working. Extending the room for few hours was not acceptable which other hotels are bit liberal

You say 24hr check in (flexi check in) but the hotel took extra money. You customer service is also bad. They couldn't do anything on this.

I booked hotel and called as well to hotel to confirm booking. Hotel confirmed my booking for 3 beds. On arrival hotel staff told me rooms are full and asked me to cancel booking. I was with family and was not in position to cancel and search other option. Hence i accepted small room with extra bed. This took lot of time. Rooms were clean

Hotel initially have denied room stating there is no booking done in my name. Made me wait for more than 2 hours in the early morning until they get confirmation from staymakers. Very rude behavior from the hotel manager. Until then he said there is no vacancy of room and once he gets update from staymakers he offered a room without cleaning. After requesting only it got cleaner. Horrible staying here to be the least.

Rooms are okay but customer service and utilities aren't. We had booked the hotel more than 5 hours in advance of our arrival still the rooms weren't ready. The receptionist asked us to go to the 2nd floor. No one accompanied to the room. We were asked to carry soaps and ac remote along with our own luggage. When we opened the rooms we saw that the room was not cleaned up after earlier check out. When we complaint the receptionist came to see if we were speaking the truth. Then we were given the side room. There were no towels, no dustbins, in the rooms. Water is very dirty and hard. She had still not started the ac mcb even after reminding the 2nd time. Room service and other details were not shared earlier. We went out for dinner but after coming back we only noticed that the key of the door isn't active. Same when we came back from breakfast the next day. When we called the owner he asked us to go to the reception and activate the card, which we had to do everytime we go out. When asked why wasn't this informed earlier, he bluntly said that you never asked us. We had been on a holiday for the last 1 week and stayed at 3 different hotels earlier but haven't been treated like this anywhere. Won't recommend this hotel to anyone if this service continues.

I have booked for 3 bed ac room but they have provided me a very small room. With that i have adjusted but it was not clean at all and not hygenic. When i approached the reception, she replied me that it is your fault only, you have booked from 19th april but why you reach here on 20th morning, so this is your fault only and misbehaved me a lot.
