Hotel Sankalp
The hotel’s location is decent and easy to find. Food taste is good — I tried the breakfast options, which included plain paratha, poha, and bread-butter (available as complimentary or paid).
However, there are no real amenities provided. Service is just average. I stayed in the Presidential Suite, which looked fine at first, but surprisingly there were no basic toiletries — no dental kit,no shower gel, shampoo, or even hand wash. The bathtub looked new but was poorly maintained with stains.
The dining area on the top floor was very disappointing — dirty and full of bird droppings, clearly not maintained.
The worst part of the stay was the staff behavior. For a hospitality business, they really need to learn basic customer service and politeness. The way they speak makes guests feel unwelcome, almost as if they’re being judged for what they can afford. Constant reminders about what
