    Extremely Disappointed – Not Worth the Price or Hype I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel was far below acceptable standards and warrants serious attention. What was advertised online bore little resemblance to reality — the photos were clearly outdated or heavily edited to misrepresent the actual condition of the property. Upon entering the room, we were met with dusty surfaces and an unpleasant, lingering odor that made the space feel neglected and unhygienic. The bathroom was equally disappointing — essential amenities were either missing or severely understocked, and most shockingly, there was no hot water available for showers in both our rooms throughout our stay. That’s an absolute basic that any hotel should ensure, regardless of price point. The condition of the elevator was also appalling. It reeked of a foul smell that made every trip up and down an ordeal. Housekeeping clearly needs a complete overhaul. To make matters worse, the Wi-Fi connection was practically non-existent. For a hotel that charges a premium, this level of neglect in basic services — hygiene, internet, amenities, and maintenance — is completely unacceptable. Overall, this property is in desperate need of improved management, staff training, and regular maintenance. I strongly advise future travelers to look elsewhere unless significant changes are made. Save yourself the disappointment.
