Dear MMT His hotal very good & god location but his service is not good because properly ac,tv not working last 2 time same hotal stay because my need his area not a available hotal facility so stay and very high charge required so request you team shahpura area provided maximum hotal by make my trip

worst behaviour of the manager at reception

I have booked two room , in Both the rooms AC was not working and the manager denied to change the room , despite the availability of room in hotel,when I call to customer care team of make my trip then hotel manager provide one room

Awesome experience having stay at shahpura hotel sarbati place. Magnificent palace and great environment service was impeccable. Definitely want to come back here again and stay over for accommodation. So happy we managed to stop over here on the way from jaipur to ahmedabad great hospitality by mr yogesh thanks for hosting us.

Had an amazing experience during my second stay at the best hostel in jaipur. The host is exceptional, the rooms are clean, the food is delicious, and the vibe is fantastic. What's even better is that the service charges go to all the backpackers, making it a perfectly curated experience at a minimal rate. I highly recommend it not only to backpackers but to anyone planning to visit jaipur shahpura.

Good looking hotel with poor service

Receptionist was saying no room is available but when i booked they gave me room and not only saying that room is not available but also demanding double charge. Service is extremely poor, sofa, chair, bedsheet all are dirty and when i complained about it they said they will change and ignored the conversation.
