location was wrong, i reached 11pm and called hotel for proper location so that i could check in but no one picked up my call till 1.25pm, then afte that they pick up and tell location, the name of the hotel is totally different

I book my hotel in noon but and when i reach to hotel by pm hotel team refuse to give room as they said they given my room to another pepole instead of arraning room they said why you call us while book and confirm us that please confirm on my booking, at 9 pm i search new hotel which is very bad experience with this hotel i never going to book this hotel in my whole life
