am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at Sarkar Hotel, which fell far below my expectations based on the package I had booked.
I had booked a 2-day stay with the all-inclusive package, which clearly mentioned breakfast included and a 10% discount on local travel services. However, the experience was very poor and not at all worth the amount I paid – approximately ₹4,500 per day.
Upon arrival, the bedsheets provided were dirty, which was extremely unhygienic and unacceptable. As for the breakfast, we were only allowed a limit of ₹150 per person, which was never communicated in advance. This limited and unclear policy led to a disappointing start to our day.
Overall, the condition of the room and the quality of service were not up to standard, and certainly not reflective of what was promised at the time of booking.

We also noted that the photos you shared were taken after the bed had already been used, which may not accurately reflect the condition of the room at the time of check-in.
Regarding breakfast, we do provide a complimentary option within a certain limit, which is standard practice and mentioned in our front desk communication. That said, we understand your concerns and will review how we communicate these details more clearly in the future.
