Hotel accepted the request for early checkin. Room was nice. Staff was very polite. Around 2km to ooty main bus stand.

My first stay at sarkar. It was very pleasant. Rooms were awesome, clean, spacious. The reception staff spoke courteously. The food at the restaurant was delicious. Overall service was fantastic.

Convenient place to stay centre of the cit

I regularly stay in this hotel great place centre of the city and bus also stop in this hotel as a last point so very convenient. Decent rooms but room heater missing very cold inside the room. If room heater is there very useful.

Hotel is excellent to stay with family. Restaurant is attached and shopping mall also in hotel building. Staff are very cordial. Rooms are clean. No issues of anything. I can recommend it for budget families

It was a last minute booking, they have so many rooms. Room was so spacious n clean and bathroom was really n big. Hot water was also available. Location is very good just walking distance from botanical garden,you will get so many options of restaurants nearby. Staff was so polite they have provided free extra mattress also. We didn’t get complementary breakfast while booking but they have provided free breakfast coupons. N breakfast was so delicious, they have ample space of parking. So if you are choosing this place for your stay just go for it blindly😀

The stay was a perfect one with family. We all enjoyed the stay at ooty in sarkar palace. This hotel is very near to botanical garden and rose garden. It was neat, hotel reception was good, good amenities, restaurant was having all varieties of food. In total a fantastic stay.

The stay was very good in all terms. Like it. I recommend for people who really wants to see the botanical garden in a full swing as it is walkable distance. The front office was good and supportive. Restaurant below the hotel is very good with all varieties of food. Really enjoyed the stay.
