Excellent food, fast service, courteous staff. Hotel has its own ample parking with 24/7 security guard. My biggest priority is washroom cleaniness. Washroom was clean and hygienic.

Hotel sarna is located very near to lakhimpur station and has a good market area surrounding it. The rooms are clean, the service is good. The food is very good. Overall a nice stay !

It was pleasure experience with hotel room, along with staff services and food was delicious there, cleanliness was up to the mark, very much helping and presentable staff, in such a small place we were not expecting high grade food and services. 10/10.

Nice hotel very good staff but food okay okay friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. Facilities, swimming pool were renovated and good looking rooms. There was a manager that helped to serve us during the set dinners, he was very helpful and polite.
