I was on short trip to surat and had booked hotel satkar, the staff here is very helpful and service is fine, evening room service start at 7. 15 so u need to wait for that. However the staff is quite helpful. The reception staff particular is very helpful and ensures your stay is good. Lift is available and overall a comfortable stay with good staff

It was a pleasant stay and hotel staff especially font desk people were excellent and hotel is conveniently located near markets and railway station. In fact they made calls in the morning to check if we had breakfast. I suggest others to stay here for a great experience of hospitality.

Exquisite rooms, very warm, friendly and helpful staff (chandni and tauseef, great location, value for money. If you are looking for something a hotel close to the railway station with proximity to all the places in and around surat, this is the place to go.
