Most friendly and helpful receptionist ever, so lovely and great first impression of hotel. Couldn't have been more sweet, giving me directions to a function I was attending along with a helpful map, ensuring parking in car park and facilitating an early check in. If nothing else had gone right with hotel this lady ensured I would have left with a good impression. Fortunately everything about the hotel was exceptional, and I don't give praise lightly. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent.

Very good hotel with a co-operative staff & owner rooms are quite good lift facilities are also provided it was a very good atay at Ajmer this was my second time I opted for hotel satyam Ajmer sharif.

It was a good location with all the facility round the clock. I liked the way MMT helped me in getting my room booked with ease and they followed up with the hotel for my check in time as it was early morning.

Actually i was not allotted room in hotel satyam and they gave us room in their other hotel, hotel sunder-am 10 mnts from hotel satyam. Nice hotel, rooms were good, but moving with family in rush time was difficult as we have to carry luggage by our own that was the bad part otherwise everything was fine.

No measures for corona pandemic

There were not taken measures like temperature checking, social distancing, hand hygiene, location is near by dargah shariff. Ordered for tea and they have delivered after 1 hr with multiple reminders

1. Good staff 2. Good manager 3. Very close to Dargah 4. Good service 5. Breakfast timing should be earlier than 8:30 AM 6. The room was not ready on our arrival, however they have given the suite room for 2 hours to get fresh and then they shifted us to deluxe AC room. Overall good service and good hospitality. I rate 9 out of 10.

There is some problem of wi-fi in room. No Wi-Fi connection in room. But overall experience about this hotel on an average. Its a good location, which is near to Dargah. But, its staff also good.
