It was excellent hotel and all the staff are and very supportive. Location of hotel is very good it's very near mahakal temple. Food quality also very good it's not expensive.

In the heart of the business district, lots of sights are walkable from here. Bedrooms are perfectly adequate and bathroom larger than expected. Breakfast was good, with European and Indian choices. Staff at all levels couldn’t have been more helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Making this a very enjoyable stay in the heart of a busy city. If we ever found ourselves in Ujjain again we would definitely go back.

Stayed for 4 nights in july. Rooms are of medium size but very neat and clean. Beds are very comfortable. The best part is that staffs are very polite and humble. Specially Rajesh was very helpful.

It's a very decent rated hotel, conveniently located right near the entry point for Mahakaleshwar Temple. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. Their restaurant (Shivam) is also decent, serving good food. Overall, very much value for money proposition type of hotel.
