familyInferior quality of beds and chair even broken. Washroom door lock was broken. Hand soap was given in name of of toilerties. Water jug was very dirty. Extra bed was barely fitted in room. Room was available on approx half rate on spot.

Terrible Stay
groupBooked 2 beded and 6 beded room. Six beded room condition was pathetic and do not recommend to any one. Even mm t team also unable to arrange alternate stay option. Bathroom was pathetic, water leaking from roof, door not closing, ac water leak inside room, seal-en on walls. Distressed experience of hotel and mm t team support team as well.

familyThe hotel is near mahakal temple. Room was spacious but not worth 5k. There was no hotel parking. The car was not allowed to tge hotel due to barricades. The staff was polite and helpful.

familyNothing was good at all…photos of room and bathroom are different from the reality…room was not well organised and water was not coming from the tabs and the service was very very poor and when we asked for hot water for bath they replied that we don’t have hot water facility overall i don’t recommend for this property to anyone TOTALLY DISSATISFIED

familyfacility is no way 3 star , only worth 800 or 1000 per night , room size 12 by 10 feet only, bed size 5 ×6 feet , bed was adjoining to wall on one side , door mat at wash door was pathetic . wash rooms at our house are more clean then this hotel . no side table , one chair was provided on asking . Iron small Almirha, with 2 self only. Restaurant was dim light .Small broken road outside. Worst experience .

Waste of the money, never suggest staying in this horrible prop
Only the property location is good, except everything is a waste of the money. No room service, no food, very bad smell in the room, dirty bathroom. We wouldn't like to repeat such a bitter experience.

familyWorst room, bed, photos what shown its totally different we booked room for 3 persons while booking it shows 3beds after check in they said sepearte bed they give and its congested room if add 3rd bed we have to jump for the bathroom and they vl not give soap atleast no water bottles old matress no lift also totally worst.

Very experience they don't help the customer the hotel was very bad its smells all the room and hotel no towel, soap, handwash and water bucket in bathroom pot wash paste

Pathetic
Very bad expert, the rooms were not anywhere close to what were shown in the pictures. Nothing in the name of room service. We were given a room on the roadside of the building. There was so much noise all night, no proper sound proofing was there. We barely managed to spend the night. I paid for this pathetic room, it was barely worth 1000 bucks

Average service
Service in the hotel was not good. When the room was cleaned up after the check out, the staff didn't inform me about the left out items in the room even when we were in the city for a quite long time.

Average Stay
Location is good but the hotel is average. I have done booking for 3 members but there is no arrangement for 3rd person when i ask for they said we give you an extra mattress. The mattress and the blanket is very dirty and stinks

Excellent hotel very good staff
It was excellent hotel and all the staff are and very supportive. Location of hotel is very good it's very near mahakal temple. Food quality also very good it's not expensive.

There is no parking place available in the hotel. The property is the oldest one. Although it is a nearby temple, it is not value for money.
