It's an average hotel fulfilling basic requirement of stay in mumbai. It is located close to business areas and shopping malls. It is basically bhk type hotel apartment with satisfactory amenities.

Hotel service is not good. Room are uncleaned. Washroom not cleaned. Overall hotel stay at satyam residency okay. They need to progress on service quality and room quality.

The stay was average with mixed feelings, because location-wise, it’s excellent as it’s just next to palm beach road,, however other aspects such as basic amenities need to be made better at-least to the desirable level, the food serviced ws j us ok, and needs improvement

It doesn’t match the pictures what is shown by the owner But it was very safe to stay there as i was a single woman it’s like one bhk apartment transferred into hotel room. But they don’t have amenities like a water kettle. Staff is very polite and helpful. You can order food through swiggy or zomato and it’s very very near to the main city. It’s walkable distance. It’s well maintained clean. Charges are on higher side according to the facilities.
